ABOUT Lingfei

Lingfei is an interdisciplinary artist who recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Chicago with bachelor's degrees in Cognitive Science and Visual Arts. During her time in college, Lingfei's work has transitioned from representational visual language to increasingly conceptual forms, reflecting her growing interest in cognition and the ways in which our minds process and distort reality.

Viewer interaction lies at the heart of her work. Seeing art as a puzzle, a dynamic space where viewers are invited to engage and decode, Lingfei seeks to activate spaces, provoke questions, and reflect on the complexity of human perception and emotion.
